There are a couple things you can try in order to resolve the "stale request" error:
- On the MIT Touchstone login prompt, make sure you use, for example, timbeaver as your username, not timbeaver@alum.mit.edu.
- Make sure you're connecting via a solid wifi connection - not via a wireless internet gateway (cellular).
- If you’re using a VPN, try disconnecting.
- Make sure your browser is set to accept cookies.
- Clear browser cache.
- Restart your computer.
